Terms of service
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Soulterior Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”) and apply to all clients (“you”) who book services through this website. By making a booking, you agree to these Terms.
1. BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
1.1 All bookings are made via our online booking system and are confirmed once payment (or deposit, where applicable) is received.
1.2 Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and may change at any time.
1.3 You are responsible for providing accurate contact and project information at the time of booking.
2. GIFT CERTIFICATES
2.1 Gift certificates are valid for 36 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Expired Gift certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded.
2.3 Gift certificates can be redeemed for services offered by Soulterior Studio only and must be presented at the time of booking or prior to service commencement.
2.4 Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
2.5 If the service costs less than the Gift certificate value, the remaining balance may be retained for future use at Soulterior Studio’s discretion.
2.6 If the service costs more than the Gift certificate value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
2.7 Gift certificates are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
2.8 Soulterior Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift certificate.
2.9 Standard booking and cancellation policies apply when redeeming a Gift certificate.
2.10 Failure to attend a booked service may result in forfeiture of the Gift certificate.
2.11 Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated.
2.12 Gift certificates are valid only for the services specified and cannot be exchanged for other products unless stated.
2.13 Soulterior Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions pertaining to Gift certificates at any time without prior notice.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
3.1 Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will be refunded or credited at our discretion.
3.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
3.3 You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
3.4 No-shows or late arrivals (15+ minutes) may be treated as cancellations.
4. REFUNDS
4.1 Due to the personalised and service-based nature of our work, refunds are not offered on completed sessions or delivered materials.
4.2 If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 7 days so we can resolve the issue.
5. SCOPE OF SERVICES
5.1 Services will be delivered as described on the website or as outlined in your booking confirmation.
5.2 Any additional work, changes, or extended support outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 You agree to provide timely information, access (if required), and communication needed for us to deliver the service.
6.2 You understand that the quality of outcomes depends on your participation, accuracy, and clarity of information supplied.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All materials, concepts, drawings, reports, and documents created by Soulterior Studio remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own project only.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 Soulterior Studio provides design and consulting services in good faith and based on professional experience.
8.2 We are not liable for:
decisions you make based on our recommendations,
delays caused by third parties,
builder or contractor errors,
site conditions or compliance issues outside our control.
7.3 Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
9. ONLINE SESSIONS & DIGITAL DELIVERY
9.1 For online sessions, you are responsible for stable internet access and a suitable environment for the consultation.
9.2 Digital materials will be delivered via email or shared platforms; please download and store them promptly.
10. PRIVACY
10.1 We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 By booking a service, you consent to us storing your information for the purpose of delivering your service.
11. CHANGES TO TERMS
11.1 These Terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
