Who We Are

Our studio is led by Anoushka Gourlay (BAppSc.Arch; Cert IV Feng Shui, WELL AP) a designer and spatial strategist with a background that blends building knowledge, interior design, wellness principles, and over a decade of creative direction. With experience across residential design, hospitality, events, and spatial planning, the studio brings a multidisciplinary understanding of how people move, feel, and live within spaces.

Founding Soulterior on the belief that our environments, both natural and the built world, influence our energetic, psychological, physiological and physical being, Anoushka is passionate about creating spaces that positively enhance these states.

Growing up in a family of many generations of builders gave Anoushka an early grasp of construction, spatial logic, and the practical and energetic realities that would unfold as buildings took shape. This foundation informs Soulterior’s approach and our strong desire to support clients, and also the industry, through the challenges of maintaining the integrity of the intention from concept through to completion.
